LAB by Sergi Arola
LAB strives to transport diners on a highly-innovative and emotional gastronomic journey. The restaurant offers an extremely intimate and exclusive atmosphere with only 22 seats, inventive cuisine with two different tasting menus and the coordination of an extensive wine selection with more than 550 references from around the world.
Open only for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday.
Arola
Arola’s menus offer a creative and contemporary twist to Portuguese cuisine, mixing tradition and heritage with his inimitable modern approach. Chef Sergi Arola seeks to give diners unexpected contrasts of flavour and texture with the ultimate aim of provoking, surprising and delighting his guests. Food is available throughout the day and for dinner Arola’s take on the Portuguese and Spanish tapas will compete with his more elaborate main courses. Wines will be served from a glass cellar, situated mid-restaurant. Live Dj from Wednesday to Sunday.

Our restaurant is all about using the freshest and finest quality ingredients to create simple yet unique dishes distinctive from normal Italian cuisine. Our Chef, using these ingredients in simple, flavourful combinations, works wonders. He specialises in using little known and and delicious food and wine products from all across Italy's twenty regions. A selection of Italian wines and home-made and imported food is available at our Gourmet shop inside the restaurant.

Midori
Our Midori Restaurant sets a contemporary feel and dazzles our guests with magnificent views of the surrounding Sintra hills and Penha Longa (the long Rock). Our regulars find it difficult to decide in between the Chef´s selection of the day or the Midori Buffet on Saturdays, where the best of Japanese cuisine is set for the amaze of clients and guests.

B-Lounge Bar

AQUA
The poolside restaurant, open throughout spring and summer, is the perfect place to soak up the sun and breathe in the fresh air, whilst enjoying the finest Portuguese cuisine prepared on an open grill. The famous Portuguese Cataplanas take the leading role in our menu. This setting, by the side of the infinity pool, is enhanced by views of the Atlantic course and the Natural Reserve.

The Penha Longa Spa & Wellness is located within Penha Longa's historic buildings offering a haven of tranquility and inner peace.
