L’un des deux terrains de golf situés dans Catalonia Bávaro Resort à Punta Cana, Alberto Sola a conçu Cabeza de Toro Golf Club comme un parcours plus court mais stimulant, de neuf trous entourés de palmiers ondulant sous la brise et de cinq lacs pour des vues incomparables. Situé à côté du terrain de golf Caribe Golf Club, les golfeurs ont accès à des leçons journalières, y compris un cours d’introduction. Sont également disponibles, comme dans la plupart des meilleurs terrains de golf de la République dominicaine, un terrain d’exercice, la possibilité de louer des équipements et un club-house avec une boutique pour professionnels et un bar.

Alberto Sola et Jack Corrie ont conçu ce Caribe Golf Club de 18 trous faisant partie du Catalonia Bávaro Resort. Ouvert d’octobre à juin, ce terrain de golf comprend un grand lac – avec d’impressionnants trous 5, 6 et 15 – cinq lagons et de nombreux arbres à ombrage. Le sixième trou défie tout golfeur avec son green en forme d’île flanqué de bunkers et bordé de rochers, en particulier lorsque le vent souffle du proche océan Atlantique. Conçu pour des golfeurs de tous niveaux, Catalonia Caribe offre un très joli cadre naturel d’espace vert boisé. Le parcours inclut également une belle variation de trous coudés et un mélange intéressant de trous en montée et en descente.
