ROYAL VILLA
Located by the beach, with a private pool and terrace, this magnificent residence offers 320sqm of luxurious seclusion. It has private parking and a private entrance. Casa Green Golf Club Bouskoura :
Casa Green Golf Club is an oasis of calm in the bustling city of Casablanca, Morocco. The centrepiece of the Casa Green Town residential community, located close to the famous Bouskoura Forest in Sidi Masouad and the business quarter of Sidi Marouf
The par 72, 6500, metercourse, spreads over 92 magnificent hectares and was designed by internationally renowned architect Jeremy Pern. The golf course winds its way through pleasantly undulating topography and wadi's that provide a perfect natural amphitheatre. It combines the traditional elements of the most popular courses such as Scottish links, with wide green fairways subtly mounded, shimmering lakes that bring freshness and wild areas dedicated to nature.
There are spectacular views across the course from the high pointwith perhaps the best view from the magnificent clubhouse terrace, which is set to become one of the most sought after restaurant reservations in town. 18-Hole Blue Course

Entertaining and varied, the Blue Course hides its greens behind dog-legs and fairway turns.The layout of the Blue Course drawn by the Trent Jones is not a place for improvisation! If the Red Course is particularly long, the Blue course can turn into a long run as well. Par eleven is a par 4 for 405 meters, as captivating in its beauty as it is in its difficulty. Trees and brambles narrow the fairway flanked by a lake with two large mimosa trees which will not stop the ball, obviously intended to finish in water!
9-Hole Green Course

This nine-hole course was thought of for fast tours during a lunch hour or as a good course for lessons, for a less competitive, more relaxed and friendly game.Its layout is certainly built on simpler concepts, but without losing any variety or movement.
Here, there is no room for a par 5, but four par 3s offer distances from 130 to 180 meters with which to vary the game options, at the heart of a park full of graceful Red-billed Oxpeckers and small white birds.

Royal Golf de Mohammedia :
The Moroccan port city of Mohammedia was, until 1959, known as Fedala but its name was changed that year in honour of King Mohammed V. Constructed by the French in 1913, it’s a popular holiday and leisure destination for residents of crowded Casablanca seeking a little time out in its relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The 18-hole golf course at Royal Mohammedia may have been laid out as far back as the 1920s (other sources have cited 1937) but details of its origin are vague with no architect attributed with its design. What is certain, however, is that Hugues Lambert later remodelled the layout and up until the Royal Dar Es Salam courses were built in 1971, it was the premier course in Morocco. Located next to the Atlantic, holes run through avenues of pine and eucalyptus trees, progressing onto more links-like terrain along the shoreline where the landscape is reminiscent of an old-fashioned Scottish seaside course with small dunes and tumbling fairways. “Heavily bulbous because of its proximity to the sea” is the quaint way the course has been described by the Moroccans
