Alto Golf Course :
Alto Golf Course Hcp max: men28 - Ladies36 Alto Golf is situated near the picturesque village of Alvor.  Extraordinary white sandy beaches, clear blue sea and fascinating cliffs are part of its charm.  This was the last course designed by the legendary Sir Henry Cotton, the triple winner of the British Open.
It embodies his belief that a golf course should test players with low handicaps, but also provide a pleasant game for golfers of only average ability.  After his death, the project was continued by Peter Dobereiner, a well known golf journalist. The course, with the beautiful Monchique mountains as its backdrop, runs through two valleys and offers winding fairways and gently undulating greens. On the first nine holes players have the added pleasure of enjoying an excellent view over Lagos Bay.  The last nine holes face inland, running through gentle mountain slopes to include hole number 16, which is said to be the longest hole in Europe: 604 metres for a Par 5.  Any player who manages a birdie here will receive a certificate and his or her name will be inscribed on the club's roll of honour. All the other holes on the course are named, but this one has a special title: The Giant.

Gramacho Golf Course :
Gramacho Golf Course O Carvoeiro Golfe é um conjunto de dois campos de golfe - o Gramacho, inaugurado em Dezembro de 1991 e o Vale da Pinta, inaugurado no final de 1992, situados entre a Lagoa e o Carvoeiro.

Ambos os campos foram desenhados pelo famoso arquitecto Ronald Fream, constituindo o Gramacho uma interessante fórmula de 72 tees, nove fairways e 18 greens.

Na tradicional paisagem algarvia, suavemente ondulada, pejada de amendoeiras e alfarrobeiras, o Gramacho joga-se portanto para 18 greens duplos de grandes dimensões, oferecendo ao jogador uma perspectiva diferente em cada uma das voltas.

Desde a primeira jogada até ao green final, o jogador não só tem que jogar bem a bola como também usar a melhor estratégia a fim de obter bons resultados.- Golfistas experiêntes irão de certo verificar que jogam num bom campo de golfe, um par 72 desafiador ao longo de mais que suficientes 6.107 metros.

Nick Price, el ex-jugador Nr.1 mundo, se ha asociado con el arquitecto de campos de golf conocidos, Ronald Fream, para crear un diseño único de 18 hoyos con 27 variados verdes que permiten que el jugador pueda jugar el mismo campo varias veces con diferentes verdes y nuevos retos.
La técnica de diseño ha posicionado a los greens y bunkers de protección para que una ronda de 18 hoyos sea un verdadero desafío. La colocación de los marcadores de tees ayuda a aumentar aún más esa variedad.
Al estilo de Nick Price, las fabulosas características naturales ya existentes en el sitio, a partir de los afloramientos de roca y piedra de los muros en las higueras, algarrobos y olivos, se han complementado con lagos y bunkers bien situados. Estos obstáculos, combinados con el diseño de los greens y fairways, resultado en un recorrido desafiante pero prometedor.

Vila Sol Championship Golf :
Vila Sol Championship Golf Hcp max: men28 - Ladies36 The course is laid out on ideal undulating terrain in amongst natural woods, mainly pine, carob and fig trees, and little artificial landscaping was required during construction. Several water hazards were, however, introduced. The original 18-hole course, opened in 1991, was the venue of the Portuguese Open in 1992 / 3. In September 2000, a third 9 hole loop was completed, allowing for three different combinations of 18 holes. With its large, contoured and often speedy greens, together with several long, testing par-4 holes, the course is an excellent challenge for golfers of all handicap levels.
